Return and Refund Policy

  • We usually do not accept returns due to user error such as undeliverable address, wrong size, style, color, etc.
  • Please note that there will be about 3% – 5% of packages having problems in transit such as broken in transit, wrongly sent, lost by post.
  • In case of problems listed above, please submit a picture of the item showing the damage and the item’s label along with a clear description of the problem and contact our customer support team
  • With full proof, we will do our best to fix the problem. As soon as the proof is verified by us, Reshipment can be arranged within 24 hours. All claims must be submitted within 60 days of the fulfillment costs being paid and the order completed. We will not deal with any claims for orders that are more than 60 days
  • Our return policy is based on the philosophy that we will only process refunds for problems caused by us, and that refunds are only measured by the amount of fees we receive. Basically, we will replace an item if there is a problem with it if the problem is ours. In such cases, replacing the item or refunding the exact amount of fulfillment costs for that order is the only solution we will take. Subject to our Limitation of Liability terms, We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of profits, reputation, usage, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
    • PLEASE BE AWARE: We may inevitably have a slight COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENCE caused when printing or manufacturing our products. For example, colors may look lighter or darker than when compared to an artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 inches shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the published size chart.
